Just saw this newsletter come into my email. I figured not everybody is signed up for their newsletter. Might be a good opportunity for anyone wanting to switch gears!:

Yup I got this too. Peaked my interest pretty good but such bad bad timing for me.

also, on craigslist, some store is also been on the selling block first at $400K, and now $200K.... don't know who though.:
