Haven't ordered online, but that's my favourite LFS for Marine stuff here in Hogtown.

Ken really knows his stuff, so I'd expect nothing but the best from his site.

One of the few stores in Toronto I have not visited, but I hear Ken has an excellent reputation from many hobbyists.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from him a few weeks ago and my fish came in DOA because the water got too cold during shipping and only 4 heat pads were used in a large styrofoam box.

I emailed Ken right away about it and showed him pictures, and we have arranged for me to do a reorder of the fish for the same price once the weather is a little warmer.

Communication has been extremely good with them.
