yuma mushroom

So I have no idea why this could happen but my yuma mushroom has been slowly "eating" itself for last 3 weeks. It sends its guts out and is slowly digesting half of its body. Any idea whats going on and what would trigger this behaviour??

Weird! Sure that it's not brown jelly infections??

I'm not 100% sure its not brown jelly but it still has all of its brite flouresent colours unlike othe corals I've seen with the infection

Lisa can you get a picture of the mushroom. Someone might be able to tell what is going on.
