Any suggestion or changes I should make?

Does anyone have any suggestions or changes I should make to this. Besides having some more LR & cheato in my refugium?

I changed the lighting over it to a 23W CF bulb. I couldn't find them and had to wait for Kim to come home and show me where they were.
