Default reactor media

I was wondering when folks change out their reactor media?
I'm not exactly going through tonnes of it, but do you think it looses effectiveness over time?
I wonder if I taking my reactor, turning it upside down, and shaking it would stir it up to any great effect..

Just thought I would get in on J&L's Caribsea sale and pick up some more A.R.M. ;)

Default reactor media

Hello,

I do find that reactor media looses strength over time. But usually it can last for quite a while
