Here are some pics, it use to be mine (it has since been cleaned up). It works great, not missing parts. I can't believe that this thing is still available for that price especially.

skimmer is 24 1/4 tall but it doesn't need any clearance to remove the cup (it slides horizontally off

Boy, $200 bucks is a steal, I too can't believe it is not gone.
