Hydrated lime
Where do you find this stuff??? It is driving me crazy. There has to be a Canadian solution for the pickling lime deprived.
So far the only hydrated lime I've been able to locate is construction grade--- and I don't think that will cut it-- will it?? Surely the tank stuff is more pure, right? The price of the Kent stuff is..well... just not fair  Any ideas on where to find? Thanks in advance, Duke

I have some if your ever in Calgary.
It's 15.00 per icecream pail. It's Lab grade calcium hydroxide.
