I got one of these, but the wiring diagram is partially ripped off. anybody got a diagram they would like to share??

You should have two wires labelled "common" or "com"; one wire labelled "cap", and then if you have a tri-tap ballast you will have three wires, one labelled 110, another 220, and a third labelled .... um ... something else. You only want the 110, ignore the rest (loop them up and tie them out of the way). Take the 110 and one common (doesn't matter which), and connect that to your plug in the wall. Take the one labelled "cap" and wire that to one terminal on the capacitor. You have two wires going to your socket, one goes to the other terminal of the capacitor, and another goes to the other common wire. Ground your reflector and your ballast and you should be done.
