FS: 33g tank, stand, filter - $120

I'm looking to get rid of a few items. I've got a 33g tank with a stand and a fluval 305 canister filter. I don't have lights except for the original flourescent cover that came with it. Looking for $120 o.b.o for everything.

The tank is not running now. I upgraded to a larger tank a little while ago and wasn't sure what I wanted to do with this one.
