is it splitting cause it kinda looks like 2 maybe even 3 mouths...sorry this is the best pic i could take...also, it was expelling some brown stuff from the mouth. is it sick?

im pretty sure it's splitting now, few minutes later and the mouths are really noticeable. can anyone confirm

brown stringy stuff is either poop or excess zooxanthellae (more likely poop). Not sure about the splitting tho, those aren't mouths, it looks more like it was damaged somehow, that is the "skeleton". As long as it isn't being continuously damaged more, it should recover fine.
