question about hamilton technology fixtures...

do these fixtures come with a ballast? i purchased a pendant but im not really satisfied with it. can anyone suggest a fixture with mh/actinics + lunars for about 5-600? im thinkin if the hamilton tech ones don't come with a ballast, i could use the one i am already using. also thinkin about the aqualight pro or the current usa outerorbit. any experiences
