Default Anyone feed chinese veggies to their tangs?

Back when I had a FO setup and housed angels and tangs, I fed them a lot of different chinese vegetables (Gai Lan, Bak Choi etc). Just wondering if anyone does/did this here? Cuz I remember my Naso tang going crazy over that stuff.

Also want to know if it's a good supplement over seaweed.

I read that vegetables like lettuce and spinach are not good supplements for fish as they lack something needed to break down the food properly.

Essentially, they eat and feel full, but are starving or something.

I cant remember where I read that tho.

I feed Nori from the asian store. you can find it sometimes in grocery stores it used to prepare sushi. its roasted and packaged for sale.
I went to the chinese market hoping to find fresh or frozen Nori but never found it. I don't think its sold fresh or frozen
