It's xenia. I think the lighting is playing tricks as it is more brown in colour

Pulsing "blue" xenia. I have had a patch of the stuff for a while and it looks exactly like that.

I know, the next question you're going to ask is can you have a frag, LOL. I fragged a whole wack of the stuff last summer but made the mistake of putting it in my sump where the starving banished crabs proceeded to consume the lot
 I think there are quite a few people in the city with them so try asking around in the buy-sell forum.
