Default T5 lighting question

Hello everyone! I am considering changing all my bulbs. I currently have the 4 foot current usa 54w 6 bulb nova extreme system. I have been using the stock lights for about a year now. 3 460 nm actinics and 3 10k. I have a few soft corrals and also an lps. The tank is a 90 gallon, 24 inches tall. What would be a good reccomendation for spectrum of lights, in a system like this.
Thanks.

My opinion is aquascience......best par of all the bulbs.....2 or 3 blues then a mix of the 15000k and the duos.....

What are you basing the claim that they produce higher PAR on? I'll be replacing my lamps within the next month and have been humming and hawing about Aquascience but aside from their BS advertisement disguised as a "study" I haven't found much to convince me to change to them. To date I've been most happy with ATI lamps over the Giesemann and Aquascience I have used in the past. I'll probably stick with one KZ Fiji Purple regardless of what I do though.

If you look at the link provided by Canuckgod420 above: http://sites.google.com/site/tfivetesting/par you'll see the PAR values are no better than ATI lamps.
