return pump suggestions?

Hey guys
So I'm planning up a sump here and am looking at return pump. Quite frankly I haven't a clue as to what I need. I just know it has to be powerful enough to push a 1" tube of water at least 5 feet straight up back into the tank (48G). Anyone have something kicking around that they want to get rid of? Suggestions for something new?
