![]() Cap it off from the inside? Easier if it's a slip fitting, but even it's threaded you could use some teflon tape or plumber's putty.

![]() Actually, I don't want to cap off the bulkhead. I want to cap off/patch the hole itself. Yes, using capped off bulkhead is a possibility.

![]() im with leduc on this one, i have seen tanks with the hole and a piece of glass over it if you wanted to be double secure you could put on on each side.

![]() Bulkhead with a plug in it is the safest, easiest and quickest to do.
Place bulkhead with threads protruding into the tank, make sure you get a bulkhead with threads on the inside: ![]() Place teflon tape around the threads on the plug and then screw the plug into the bulkhead: ![]() Hope this helps. VR
