On the contrary, there are many couriers that ship dangerous goods, its just finding an economical way to do it...

In addtion, on the Canada Post website, under prohibited dangerous goods, it makes no mention of CO2:

It does list oxygen (oxidizer), helium, acetylene & barbeque tanks (flammable).

I failed to mention, it would be expected that you vent the cylinder prior to shipping.

Anyhow, I'm sure you'll sell it locally anyway, especially with all the free bumps!
