I think that you should look at www.bulkreefsupply.com for a good system. My system comes from them and they are a great vendor. They are a Canreef sponsor and have great customer service.
Just my 2 cents though.

Red Coral Aquarium in Calgary has a 75GPD RO/DI unit for $199. I have not used it myself but there has been similar threads and this model comes up a lot as a very good product.

this system is awesome. i have the same one and after a yera and a half on the same filters it is still 0 tds. I am thinking of buying this one just to have it. thats a great price. you wont find a better one anywhere. not for that price. and it had dual tds meteres built into it. nice
