What is this thing-good or bad?
Just saw this on a piece of live rock today. Is this a good thing or bad thing to have? It does look kind of cool (which probably means it's not a good thing, right? lol).

I have several in my rock. I think they're pretty little anenomes but I've been told they pack a powerful sting so try to keep corals away from it.

I think I have one of those too! It's kind of a pale pinky purple with white tips. It has never moved and is in a fairly dark shady spot. Is that normal for these or is the fact it never moves mean it may be something else?

I'm not sure if they move or not(mine never have) but they are nocternal.
