moving hairy mushrooms

Does anyone have a link or anything on the best way to move hairy mushrooms from their current rock onto another rock?

You can either take a razor blade and shave them off as close to the rock as possible. Usually what I have done though is put them in an area with really high flow and let them blow off the rock.
