50lbs live sand/crushed coral

Retail cost for this is about 2000$ I'll regretablly let it go for 1000$ Heres a great way to get into the hobby. I can include up to 70lbs of live rock for an extra 250$ though some pieces have hair algae issues and may need to be cooked. P.S I'm not broke so dont try to nickel and dime me,1000 is more than fair and no I wont part out. Thank you
