Jalli Titanium Heater's any good?

Anyone have any experience with or know how reliable Jalli titanium heaters are? I was looking at getting a AquaMedic Biotherm Controller and Jalli 800 watt titanium heater. My two Won Pro-Heat II 350 watt heaters stopped working at almost the same time! Good thing it is the summer and my heaters are never on.
