Default My new set up after 2 weeks

I just put the live rock in last weekend. 135gal 6' long.

Trevor,

Have you touched the sponges? They look like dead coral skeletons, with algae on them, to me.

I have not touched them at all but that is what they looked like when they went in to the tank. If they are dead that sucks. Is there away to get them back or are they gonners?

Nope, those look like they have been dead for awhile. Probly died on the way over here. Bummer eh? They would have been pretty cool if they had survived.

Lighting...

well I have 2, 3' floresent bulbs and 2, 4' floresent bulbs.

I think that I will have to get a few compacts though from what I have read if I want to keep corals (as I do).

what kind of coral do you want to keep? you might need more than PC...
