![]() hey just got a 5'' derasa yesterday, and i know how many predators clams have, what are you guys doing to keep these predators at bay? things like fireworms and pyramidellid snails i meen. two fish that really caught my eye is the yellow wrasse and dottybacks,

![]() I used to keep a sixline wrasse, and I try when possible to place my clams on something, e.g a tile hidden under sand, or on a rock.

![]() ya thats what i did too, i placed a small piece of eggcrate under the sand where the clam is. as for fish where i read, i see comments about how good yellow wrasse' are at guarding corals and clams, anyone had any experiences with yellow wrasse'.

![]() We have one, and we haven't had any problems with our clam. And the wrasse adds some great colour to the tank.
