![]() I bought 2 true perc clowns a little bit ago and they wont host my long tip anenome.... they are young and keep to themselves but wont go near my anenome.
any ideas on how to make them host? |

![]() Wait, and eventually they will host. Or not. They may decide that your frogspawn, or your GSP or your heater are preferable hosts. Nothing you can do about it.
If they do, though... that's a happy day, and a real thrill to see. Shortly after that, you can expect to be attacked and bitten every time you put your hand in the tank, as they defend their host. Nasty little buggers (or at least mine are). Cute though. |

![]() It took nearly 2 years for my "female" Maroon clown to move into a Green carpet anemone. When I added a smaller "male" Maroon, it took him only 3 days to move in with her. She spent the first 2 days trying to kill him.

![]() My Cinnamon Clown will host almost anything. Some people have clowns that never host....ever. It's kind of hit and miss. But generally, they will host SOMEthing given time
