Prices are right. I have called there 3 times and twice I was told no one was there that could help me so call back and the third I waited over 10 minutes when my call was transferred before I hung up. Customer service to me is not their drawing card their prices are though. So I will give them another call shortly. Good luck on your call and keep us informed.
