Hey
Does anyone know where to get some plastic dowel that would be good for aquascaping in calgary. Thanks

In Vancouver Universal Plastics carries it. I know this to be a franchise business so likely there is 1 or 2 in Calgary.

Check Industrial Paints and Plastics - ippnet.com - located in Builders Park (east of Chinook Centre). They have acrylic rods and fibreglass rods and .. I dunno what it is some kind of white hard plastic like starboard.
Apparently Canadian Tire also carries fibreglass rods (check GreenSpottedPuffer's thread, I think it was him who found some there).

I was driving around and passed by a blinds shop. I bought some of that rod that you spin to open and close the blinds. Let's see how it works. I'll keep everyone updated.
