A little of everything for me. Seems to keep everything happy, healthy, and out of trouble.

I also feed as much variety as possible. Fish are fat, healthy and breeding.

so do I... it started a month ago, I had left over crab from my dinner (rare for me to leave sea food left over) and I put some in the tank and the anenome hermit crab was all over it and so was the red toothed niger trigger. I started to feed my sun coral the crab because the chunks are larger for it to grab on to and it seems to like it alot.

Mostly my own concoction: frozen mysis, blood worms, Marine Cuisine, snow crab. Red and green algae in veggie clips for the herbivores.

I feed NLS, Hagen Spirulina flake, Decap. Brine Shrimp, Hikari Daphnia (frozen) and Hikari Rotifers (frozen) as the primary foods. I sometimes add a food that Kensfish produces called Ken's Premium Floating/Sinking cichlid pellets. Everything in the tank loves those.
