A new aquarium shop.

I found a new shop called Aquafanatic in Richmond on No. 3 road across from Canadian Tire. They have some neat items in there and the prices are not outrageous like Big Al's.

I went in a few times. Do they have corals yet? Are there prices yet on their fish tanks? Last time I was there, I couldn't find prices for their fish and they didn't have corals yet.

I thought you guys would be more in tune than me. They have lots of softies in the coral bin and tanks have fish prices on them. They even have land tortoises but for $300 each.

I hope they carry the same or better equipment than Big Al's and compete with them directly. I hear they have some asian investors with deep pockets and sources in asia for corals etc. So as long as they don't lose interest in the business we should see more variety of stuff.

Well, I've already been there twice in a month so that seems enough for me (3 times actually but they were closed on my third visit). Since they didn't have much yet, I didn't want to go back week after week. Was hoping someone like you or someone else could keep us updated. I noticed last month that they have a website too but nothing new has been added to it. Hope they'll update it regularly.

I still find the best prices are at King Ed Pets, if you can find a better price they will beat it.
