Default Fiddler crab reef safe?
I picked up a fiddler at the LFS tonight. I have not seen them for sale anywhere in town before. I just wanted to make sure he is reef safe.

I thought fiddler crabs were fresh water...?

Thats what I thought but I guess there are about 90 species from fresh to brackish to marine. I saw some at one LFS last weekend and then at another (where I got this guy) tonight. I was told when I bought him that he is safe I just wanted to double check.

That looks just like him but this one doesn't have the black carapace. Other fiddlers in the same tank at the LFS weren't red at all.
