Default Fish Food Question

I have been feeding Tetra color bits to my freshwater discus for about 7 months now and they love it and their colors are very good.

My question is this: Can I feed this to my marine fish as well. The reviews on the color bits that I have read are pretty good but don't mention marine fish. I fed some to my marine tank and they went berzerk. Loved the stuff. Anyone tried this food for a long period of time?

Thanks....

As a supplement, I can't imagine it would be an issue, but it's not going to have everything a marine color flake would have.

Why not just get the Tetra Marine color formula?

yeah as a supplement once in a while, I don't see any harm done. however i would still stick to a marine staple diet.

Personally I think it's a good idea to use different foods from time to time, frozen, live, flake, freshwater and marine are all excellent when used in moderation, I don't believe any one should be used as a sole food source though.
