![]() Deb meens the anemone its self is doing a water change.Often they will inflate themselves then expell all the water.Think of it like a cleaning ritual.Other times balloning up can be caused by too low of light level,or not enough food.They will expand causing greater surface area to catch the light,or food if thats the case.
