Default vho ballast and Mh lite

Does anyone have some advice on the best ballst for 2 110W 50/50 VHO bulbs?
Ditto for a 175 W Mh light bulb?

I happily relieved petland of these at 70% off and now I'm in the market for the above.

Ahhh now that I read your post properly I understand.
175w LIGHT BLUB

Sorry,
A 10 K MH bulb looks nice and has a great output.
I use one on my refugium and its a great color.

I have to agree with Jon. I also favour the 10000K bulbs. I myself have a 15,000K, but I will never get another. The high K bulbs just don't have the PAR (whatever that is, really). I may even go back to 6500K (the temperature of the light at noon in the tropics) . But then again if I had not sold? my PC light, I would tear that apart, and have someone build a top, and go back to that. But that is another story.
