Aqua medic T5000 Single - skimmer
Has anyone used or have experiance with this skimmer, I am presently considering it, relatively good price and I have had good results with other aqua medic products. The skimmer will be used on a 180 gal display and 90 gal sump, the feed pump will be a tunze. Thanks:

280 display 72x36x26- 90 gal sump. Aqua medic t5000 skimmer, Aqua Medic 3x250 w 10k and 14 k and t5's. Tunze wave box, UV and phosban reactors in sump. Tank is just started as of Feb 01 08.

I have experience with it. IMO, the design is archaic (narrow riser, counter current, needle wheel vs pin wheel, etc).
