Complete 90 gal. tank for sale

With a busy summer coming, I no longer have time to properly maintain my tank . So I'm looking to sell it as a complete unit 1st. I'm located in East Vancouver

I'll sell the whole package for $1000 (you must take everything) OR I can part it out just let me know what you are interested in.

I have:
- 100+ lbs of mature liverock (fuji mostly) ($4/lb)
- a bottom full of cushed coral sand (free to who ever takes the tank)
- fish (2 perc. clowns, Watchman goby, bicolour & Lawnmower blennies and a fairy wrasse, striped cardinal, mandarin dragonet and a couple of green chromis
-2 cleaner shrimp, 2 peppermint shrimp, 30 or so hermit crabs, a white urchin and a green and white tube anemone
- a 1/2 dozen or assorted snails
- toadstool leather coral, a piece of hammer, some mushrooms (green ones and purple ones), orange ricordia, some candy cane coral, button polyps and some small pulsing xenia.

home made hood with lighting and fans:
-175 W Metal Halide (open ballast and cap.) ($75)
-250 W Metal Halide (less then a year old PFO Lighting Inc. ballast) ($175)
-4 - 46" VHO florescence (IceCap ballast 660-009 and some extra bulbs) ($200)

-90 gal. "Reef Ready" tank (less then a year old) + black steel stand
-Large Aquarium Services Plexi sump
-Eheim hobby pump
-insump protein skimmer (I forget the brand but it is powered by 2 pumps)
-a couple of powerheads
