Aquarium and Equipment available

I am currently downgrading from a 36 gallon tank as I am moving to a new location and only have room for a nano.
I have available:

- 36g tank - 36"longx12"widex18"tall
- Metal stand that fits the above tank
- Coralife PC ballast, w/ 2x96W lights. The bulbs will need replacing within the next couple of months
- Remora Aqua C hang-on skimmer
- Surface skimmer attachment available for the skimmer, but not currently being used
- Hang-on refugium containing caleurpa, powered by an AquaClear 10
- Zoo Med Aquatic rotating powerhead (125 gph)
- Approximately 30 pounds of live rock
- Live sand
- Heater

Livestock available:
- 2 maroon clownfish, 1 female, 1 male, not yet mated, but they tolerate each other
- Purple pseudochromi
- Angelfish
(I will be moving all of my invertebrates to my new tank)

Miscellaneous items available
- Fluval 4 Plus filter
- Tapwater Ion Exchange by Aquarium Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
- Ebo Jager 125 watt Aquarium Heater
- Aquarium Systems Skimmer with Maxi-jet 1200 power head
- Marineland Penguin Mini filter PF99
- Marineland Penguin Filter Model PF017OB
