Is a 6400K bulb good enough for soft corals "zoos" ?

I have a 400w mh 10k how do I acclimate my new corals so it wont get stress since it came from a lower wattage of light?

You can do it a couple of different ways. Get a couple of sheets of door/window screen and layer it above the water. Every couple of days remove a layer. Or you can raise the light up about a foot above normal and slowly lower it back down over a week or 2.
