Default Peppermint shrimp with eggs

Has anyone noticed their peppermint shrimps with a batch of eggs on the belly? I have 2 like that right now. Will they hatch?Should I seperate the females from the tank so they eggs survive?Or will they just diee anyways?

Great food supply for your fish and other filter feeders. Chances of actually hatching these eggs and raising baby peppers is very small and I have actually never seen anything written about it. Not to say it's not out there it's just I've never seen it.

In the past, I've had peppermints & cleaners with eggs that spawned but my fish gobbled them up like candy. Even when I separated some of the babies into a 5g bbs tank, & fed rotifers & phytoplankton, the longest I ever kept them was almost 4 weeks. After several frustrating attempts, I gave up.

After that, I just let my fish feed on them.
