Wiring square pin Panasonic style PC'S to a WH7 ballast

I checked the fulham website but I was unable to find a wiring diagram for the square pin style bulbs, any tips?

http://www.fulham.com/Detail_Ballasts.php?ID=WH7-120-L
On the right, pick TWIN as your lamp type and then choose the appropriate wattage. I do not think it matters whether the bulbs are square-pin or straight-pin.
