We started with "The Conscientious Marine Aquarist" by Fenner and "The New Marine Aquarium" by Paletta. We got them from Amazon, and have been very happy with both.

Regards,
Matthew

Welcome.

My personal library includes these excellent books which I reccomend.

The Conscientious Marine Aquarist, by Robert M. Fenner
The New Marine Aquarium, by Michael S. Paletta
Aquarium Corals, by Eric H. Borneman
Reef Invertebrates, by Anthony Calfo and Robert Fenner

All are very useful books and are fairly recently published so the information is not outdated. That's one of the problem with this hobby. So much is being learned and discovered, the methods and practices that were accepted as good just a few years ago can be unacceptable now.

There is also "Natural reef Aquariums" by John H. Tullock. It is getting a bit outdated, but still a good book.

Ditto.

I have all the above mentioned except the conscientious one.
All are good, IMO.
Start off with "The New Marine Aquarium" Palletta one, and then graduate to the others later.

Cheers,
