![]() I am a little scared running an m59 ballst on my tank, and I think I would prefer to run a PFO ballast.
Anyone selling a pfo ballast out there? I would prefer local. 250 or 400watt

![]() A PFO ballast is a core and coil ballast in a fancy aluminum enclosure, depending on the version required it has either a M59 or M58 ballast inside as well as others.
M59 is the ANSI for a 400 watt ballast, M58 is a 250 watt ballast. Are you looking for an electronc ballst which is a whole different animal.

![]() I guess I was just looking for the plug and play unit. I already have the M59 ballast. Maybe I should just buy an aluminum enclosure and put it in there. Anyone know where to get one of these? An enclosure?
