Default Help setup 300G acrylic

I am in a process of opening a beautiful hair salon in Richmond I wanted to showcase a reef tank in the space.. So I whent to king ed where I rememberd seeing a custom acrylic tank in their barn...was still there so I then GOT IT!!
It's a 300 gallon thank and I currently have had my 80 gallon running for about three years now I've never had a sump I had mechanical filteration in the past but now running none for about a year. I'd like to have the coralife pro running on the new tank due to it's low profile good looks..
Basically I need you guys out there to help me create a grocery list to set this monster up in November...
How and what should I set up???
I have to mention I don't have much funds left.. I still need to open a hair salon not a aquatic store so lets keep costs in mind
any feedback helps. Thanks!!

I guess the first question that needs to be asked is: What is the goal of the tank? (i.e. do you want a mixed reef or a fish only with live rock tank, etc.)

Best wishes on both the salon and new tank!

on reef central there is a forum specificly for large reef tanks. you can try posting questions on there. you can also browse the other threads that have been going on and get ideas from there. the web page is www.reefcentral.com

hope this helps and keep us posted on your progress.

Here's some pics of my 110g reef taken tonight:

Whole tank shot.

Close up of some corals & my Squamosa clam.

If you want to come visit & see the tank in person, you're welcome to PM me for directions. I live in Burnaby.

The air in the salon can be a little strong especially around color where ammonia may dissipate into the air but I am having to install a really heavy duty air circulation system so should b ok..
