Default clownfish *with PICS*

well i bought an bright orange os clown fish and kept him with a chromis up until today

today i went to big als and saw they had new yellow os clowns so i bought one about the same size.

the new yellow one is pretty timid compared to my existing orange clown.

think the yellow is assuming role of male and orange is taking the female role?

you may have a wild caught and a captive bred.

you should say where you are located.

Actually, to pair off clowns, I found it best to get 2 different sizes so the larger becomes a female & smaller becomes a male. With only 2 clowns in the tank, you'll still probably end up with one of each gender though.
