Default Algea

Well, I still have some brown mini flowing algea growing on Glass/Sandbed. And a bit of maroon-brown stragly hair algea... I clean it every few days off the glass. And the flowing green hair algea is still growing back on the rocks I got locally.
Also, The coralline that was on some rocks is turning white, in other words, dying...

Any suggestions on what I can do? Also, to up the calcium in the water.
I want that Coralline back!

Temp 79-80
PH 8.0-8.1
AMMONIA 0
NITRITES 0
NITRATES 0
Salinity .023-24

Fish are doing great as well as all the inverts.
