Default What's with the Moon


This coral has been doing this for almost as long as I've had it. What is it and is it normal? There one behind the front bubble too.

Almost looks like its growing a baby moon coral. Just a guess but I know some corals like plates grow little buds off the mother colony.

The coral sat in my SPS tank for about 8 months with not much change. I put it into my 72 gal bowfront about a month ago and it has gotten bigger since.... Stay Tuned
