It's a 9W double helix UV made by Custom Sea Life. Although the company has gone out of business, the replacement UV bulb is still readily available on the internet (and he thinks King Ed's can order it)

This has very little use and only used evry once and awhile in freshwater only.It was used on a fresh water planted tank soley for the purpose of clearing up algae or green water every now and then. It was put on the tank only for 2 to 3 days at a time and only when ever there was an out break of algae or green water
