Cool touch lighting ballast

Well I finally got what i have been wantign for a long time. I have traded my IC 660 for a complete setup of 250 w MH single its from cool touch lighting.
Its not even a week old so i have gotten a great deal from a guy on Aquaria.ca

Any way my question is what type of bulb can i run with this setup. I would ask doug my DAD ,but he never answers the phone.

First, I never knew I had more than two boys.

Second, I have mentioned several times that I,m in Brandon on Tue. nights.

Third, I have no idea what cool touch lighting is.

depends u can get all 3 types of ballasts from cool touch, they copme with a tar pulse ballast but u can upgrade it to a probe or an electronic ballast.
