Blonde Naso Tang

I just purchased a blonde naso tang and currently have a scopa tang in the tank. I was told the two would get along fine, but the scopa tang seems more interested in hitting the other tang with his spike when they get too close to each other then they do at being friends. I know it is only the first day, but I would hate to wake up to a dead fish. Will this stop or is it one of those "only time will tell" type of deals. Anyone?
