I love these guys. Can't seem to keep any of them!

First one I had for 2 months and sudden death.

Second one I had for about 2 weeks and same thing.

Both eating fine and completely active water params all perfect...

So frustrating. What am I doing wrong? Anyone have luck in Calgary with these guys??
