Pls help identify bump on Naso

Naso is all better now, fin grew back and bump is gone.
Can't see where it was anymore, maybe a reaction to an injury.
Livestock has been eating frozen fish eggs regularly recently.
I think that helped to heal. Was possibly an injury trying to heal itself?
